Jon M. Quigley, PMP, CTFL, is a principal and founding member of Value Transformation, a product development and cost improvement firm established in 2009. He holds two master’s degrees from City University of Seattle and has over 30 years of experience in product development and manufacturing. Jon is the recipient of the Volvo-3P Technical Award and the Volvo Technology Award, and he holds seven U.S. patents along with several international patents. He has served on academic advisory boards, been a guest lecturer internationally, and authored or contributed to numerous books, articles, and recurring columns on product development and project management.

Amol Gulve is a chartered engineer and recognized leader in automotive engineering, with over 20 years of experience spanning the automotive and heavy-duty truck sectors. He has demonstrated excellence across product development, manufacturing, embedded systems, software engineering, and quality improvement. Amol holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mumbai and a master’s degree from the University of Detroit Mercy. In 2022, he received the SAE Forest R. McFarland Award for contributions to technical communication and standards development. He has authored influential publications on mobility, safety, emissions reduction, and modern product development. Based in Dallas, Texas, he leads software-defined vehicle initiatives leveraging artificial intelligence.

Jayalekshmi Krishnamoorthy is a system safety expert with over 20 years of experience in autonomous and connected vehicle technologies. She specializes
in the development, validation, and safety assurance of ADAS, intelligent mobility platforms, and autonomy-enabling systems. Jaya holds a Bachelor of
Technology in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Kerala University and began her career as an automotive software developer before transitioning into system and safety engineering. She has applied international standards, including ISO 26262, ISO 21448, UL 4600, and ISO/PAS 8800, across diverse vehicle applications. Jaya has trained hundreds of engineers globally, authored publications on safety and autonomy, and serves as a reviewer for SAE International.
