Each of these areas has an associated range of activities and risks. Each of the areas requires an organization to accomplish certain objectives or supply a variety of inputs to ensure the success of that phase and maximize the benefits to the organization. Our next blogs will break each of these down and discuss what happens, the types of activities the organization will do to maximize the potential and mitigate risk.
