Horror Stories about Configuration
We are looking for stories of when configuration management goes wrong, or perhaps is blatantly missing. Please write your stories but do not include the company names. We will share our stories also and perhaps find interesting solutions for these issues, even if it is after the fact. This includes those project management impacts due to errant configuration management, manufacturing related, or engineering and product development perspective.
Let us start an interesting discussion.
